Serve Credit Union, a financial cooperative based in Urbandale, announced a new partnership with First Community Trust N.A. in Dubuque that will enable Serve Credit Union to offer trust services, investment management and retirement services to its members. First Community Trust’s services include investment management, retirement planning and retirement income strategies, as well as trust and estate administration. Jami Weems, CEO of Serve, said the partnership “will bring a more comprehensive financial experience to our credit union and help members plan for the future.” FCT, a nationally chartered trust company, offers trust, investment and retirement services, primarily through credit unions. Mack Rankin, an FCT trust officer with more than 10 years’ industry experience, will offer services by appointment at Serve’s Urbandale and Des Moines branches.
