Shottenkirk Chevrolet in Waukee is planning a new 30,000-square-foot building to replace its existing dealership. The site plan calls for redevelopment of 10 acres north of its current lot, which will include demolishing the existing building to construct a new one. The plan is still in staff review at the city of Waukee and is slated to head to the Planing and Zoning Commission at the end of the month.
