Inc. Magazine’s ranking of companies making an outsized impact on the Midwest in 2023 includes six Iowa companies. West Des Moines-based health care staffing agency Nextaff, also known as Camillus Staffing, is the highest-ranked Iowa company on the list at No. 10 with 1,401% growth in the past year. VizyPay ranked 85th with 187% growth, followed by Carroll-based manufacturer Iowa Customs, UltimateTax in Muscatine, JT Logistics in Des Moines and Kingland in Clear Lake.
