Slash Web Studios LLC, www.slashwebstudios.com a Clive-based Web development and design company, announced it has acquired Adstringo LLC, a local digital marketing company. “Adstringo has proven to be a powerful force in the digital marketing community, and it only made sense for us to look at them as a fit for expanding our business,” said Brett Burkhart, Slash Web Studios CEO. Gabriel Glynn, Adstringo’s former CEO, will become chief marketing officer of Slash Web Studios. Brian Fiala, former director of business development for Adstringo, will also be joining the Slash Web Studios team. Slash Web Studios was founded in 2007 by Brett Burkhart and Greg Crown.
