Local businessmen Todd Milang, Paul Rottenberg and Tyler Dingel have offered to purchase the property at 900 Mulberry St. for $2.3 million. But for it to operate as an events space, as it has in the past, they need a sound permit from Des Moines. At a city work session on Monday, neighbors encouraged the Des Moines City Council not to issue any such permit.
