Sogeti USA LLC, a technology services provider, announced last month that it would hire an additional 200 employees before the end of the year. Officials at Sogeti in Des Moines said that they expect a minimum of 20 of those hires to be in the Des Moines office.

Sogeti is following an industrywide trend in information technology. A recent poll found that 73 percent of IT recruiters plan to increase hiring in the second half of the year.
