Miller-Valentine Group said its Southridge Senior Lofts community for adults 55 and older will open in January. The development features one- and two-bedroom apartments, with gourmet kitchens, energy-efficient appliances, large closets, central air conditioning, and laundry rooms with full-size washers and dryers. The development includes a fitness center, a theater and media room, a business center, and a multipurpose community room with a kitchen and dining area. Miller-Valentine Group is based in Dayton, Ohio. It has built more than 15,000 residential housing units and over 83 million square feet of commercial space in the Midwest, Southeast and Southwest.
