The Downtown Des Moines Chamber of Commerce will host its next event in the Restaurant Luncheon Series at Splash Seafood, 303 Locust St. The June 17 luncheon will begin at noon and will focus on how the restaurant obtains fresh seafood with no access to a coast, as well as the impact the restaurant has had on the community in 17 years of business. The Restaurant Luncheon Series is designed to feature downtown restaurants and what makes them unique. Tickets are $20 for chamber members and $25 for non-members.
