Stanbrough Realty proposes retail building in West Des Moines
The West Des Moines Plan and Zoning Commission will consider a proposal today from Stanbrough Realty Co. for construction of a 5,000-square-foot retail building at 650 S. 50th St. A city staff report said the plan should be forwarded to the City Council for its approval on the condition that the building will not contain a restaurant. A Stanbrough limited liability company, PRKG 321 LLC, paid $330,000 to Valley Bank for the nearly one-quarter-acre property on June 25.
