State awards $2.6M in Catalyst funding to rejuvenate Iowa downtowns
The Iowa Economic Development Authority awarded $2.6 million in Community Catalyst Building Remediation grants to 26 Iowa communities this week. The program was initiated in 2018 by IEDA, and designates $100,000 per community for redevelopment, remediation or rehabilitation of buildings to stimulate economic growth.
