The State HIstorical Museum of Iowa is planning a “Blockbuster Summer”. The Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs announced its schedule of family-friendly summer events and programs this week, which include a guest appearance by actor and Iowa native Brandon Routh. The museum’s summer programming includes exhibits, family-friendly movies with Iowa ties, crafts and takeaway activities for kids, and fun giveaways and prizes. The program kicks off June 6 and continues through Aug. 8. More information can be found online.
