Iowa house sales dipped 0.4 percent in 2014, while prices increased 1.5 percent, the Iowa Association of Realtors said today in its year-end report. “This is the third consecutive year with an increase in home prices.” President Jon Yocum said in the release. In December, sales were up 4.8 percent and pending sales rose 8.2 percent. The number of houses on the market dropped 2.4 percent year-over-year to 17,106, which amounts to a five-month supply.
