The Storey Kenworthy Family of Companies has selected four Central Iowa charities to receive funding through its inaugural Storey Kenworthy Foundation for Giving Annual Grant program. The charities will each receive a $2,500 grant to support a specifically identified program that directly benefits the state of Iowa and communities in which the company’s employees and customers live, work and play. The grant recipients are: Children and Education — Youth Emergency Services & Shelter; Medical Research, Terminal Illness — Alzheimer’s Association of Greater Iowa and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Greater Iowa; Veterans’ Affairs & Memorials — Des Moines Rowing Club Adaptive Membership Initiative.
