Study: Auto industry set to see sales improvement
U.S. auto sales may be on the rise in 2012, Reuters reported. A study released today by J.D. Power and Associates and LMC Automotive projects an annual pace of more than 14 million sales by the second half of 2012. That would represent a jump from expected 2011 sales, which the companies now estimate to be around 12.7 million vehicles. The annual rate for November is projected to be 13.4 million, up from the 13.2 million sales pace in October.
