Study finds MidAmerican to be customer-friendly
MidAmerican Energy Co. ranked No. 1 in the Midwest Region — Large Segment division for overall customer satisfaction in the J.D. Power and Associates Electric Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study.
The study evaluated 124 of the largest electric utilities in the county for overall business customer satisfaction, based on performance in the areas of power quality and reliability, price, billing and payment, corporate citizenship, communications and customer service.
MidAmerican’s score was 679 on a 1,000-point scale, higher than the overall average of 628.
