Submittal Exchange bought by Textura
Textura Corp., a Deerfield, Ill.-based software company, announced it has acquired Submittal Exchange LLC, a Waukee-based provider of construction project management software. The acquisition will enable Textura to offer new capabilities to a broader range of construction project owners, architects and designers, as well as new services to general contractors and subcontractors. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. In April, Submittal Exchange received a Prometheus Award from the Technology Association of Iowa as one of the state’s most innovative companies.
