Summer ad campaign under way by GDMCVB

The Greater Des Moines Convention and Visitors Bureau (GDMCVB) has launched its annual summer advertising campaign.

For the first time, the GDMCVB has expanded its reach to include Southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa, and had added digital billboard advertising.

New co-op advertising partners include the Iowa State Fair, Jordan Creek Town Center, the Des Moines Arts Festival, the 80/35 music festival and the National Balloon Classic.

Advertisements have started in Western Iowa and Omaha, which run through May 27. Central Iowa advertising will start June 18 and run through July 22.
