Survey finds that banks are ready to boost salaries
Bank Director, an organization that provides a range of information to the financial sector, opened an annual banking conference today in Chicago with news that bankers can expect a pay hike. According to its survey, 89 percent of banks plan salary increases this year, 67 percent expect director pay to hold steady, and mergers and acquisitions will pick up, according to a news release.
