The Technology Association of Iowa has announced a new event, the Iowa Data Center Summit, which will convene industry leaders, policymakers and community stakeholders for a discussion on the future of data centers in Iowa. As demand for data centers grows in the age of artificial intelligence, the summit plans to explore opportunities, challenges and the long-term impact of data center growth through the lens of infrastructure, energy, workforce and economic development. The summit is scheduled for Oct. 2 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Toast, 1345 S.W. Park Square Drive in Ankeny. A full agenda and speaker lineup will be announced soon.
