The Greater Des Moines Partnership has promoted Tiffany Tauscheck to the newly created position of chief strategy officer. Tauscheck, who has served as the organization’s chief communications officer since 2015, will lead strategic planning and counsel the leadership on internal and external projects. She will help lead investor relations work and will continue to oversee the communications and marketing team. Tauscheck recently worked as the team lead on the Partnership’s record investment campaign, and has worked on projects such as the Art Route. “Tiffany is a proven leader who has time and time again raised the bar for what is possible and can be accomplished, as evidenced by her leadership in the Partnership’s record-breaking Investor Campaign,” said Dan Houston, chairman, president and CEO of Principal and the Partnership’s board chair. Houston was chairman of the Maximizing Momentum 2022 Investor Campaign. Tauscheck begins the new role immediately.
