Terrus on the move
Terrus Real Estate Group LLC will have a new address effective Monday at 100 Court Ave., Suite 400, in Des Moines, where it is the managing member of a partnership that owns the building. About 50 of Terrus’ 65 employees will make the move. Remaining workers have satellite offices in Greater Des Moines.
