Craig Hansen of Holmes Murphy & Associates has been appointed chairman of The First Tee of Central Iowa board, according to a release. The board also is made up of Peter Cownie of the Iowa State Fair Blue Ribbon Foundation, who serves as vice chairman; Steve Vaught of SMV Associates, secretary; and Ryan Clark of Patterson Law Firm, treasurer. The First Tee of Central Iowa provides educational programs that promote character development and life-enhancing values through the game of golf.
