103 wordsAll Latest News, Real Estate and DevelopmentThe city of Urbandale has recorded its highest third-quarter development valuation in 14 years, with 758 permits issued for residential and commercial projects with an estimated value of $99 million, according to a release. The residential sector, with permits issued for 140 single-family homes and seven townhouse units, “continues to grow at a steady pace very near the city’s historical average,” said Community Development Director Steve Franklin. Large commercial projects include the new campus for the John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group and R&R Realty’s Paradigm office building. Over the first nine months of the year, permits were issued for 13 new commercial buildings.
