Tom DeWaay joins NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commecial Co.
Thomas DeWaay, who helped launch a Greater Des Moines office for Marcus & Millichap Investment Services, has joined NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Co. in West Des Moines as a broker. “He’s a great guy in the marketplace,” said Kurt Mumm, who is president of the company’s Greater Des Moines operation. “We’ve been talking to him for a long time. We actually found ourselves competing with him on a few products. It’s good to have him inside the tent.”
