Hubbell Realty Co. and Edison Condos are hosting a tour of the new downtown Des Moines condominium project at 5 p.m. Thursday at 400 S.W. Seventh St. An 8-mile bike tour of the downtown area’s bridges, tunnels and trails follows at 6 p.m. The bike ride will end at El Bait Shop. Hubbell Realty recently completed construction of its $10.2 million Edison for-sale condo project. The building includes one- and two-bedroom units that range in size from 590 square feet to nearly 1,500 square feet. The project is Hubbell’s first new condominium construction in downtown since 2009.
