Iowa Sports Academy has leased space at 770 Creekview Drive in Ankeny. Bill Gardner and Mary Elwell-Steele of Denny Elwell Co. represented the tenant and the landlord, Albaugh Chemical Corp.

Absolute Performance Therapy P.C. has leased space at 255 E. Hickman Road in Waukee. Blake Brown and Mike Billings of Denny Elwell Co. represented the tenant.

Notable Transactions

Big Game Enterprises LLC paid $545,000 to Big H Realty LC for 2.6 acres at 714 S.E. Oralabor Road in Ankeny. At the time of the sale on Nov. 28, the property was valued at $254,300. (See item in Signed Lease Transactions.)

All-State Investments LC paid $290,000 to Oldcastle APG South Inc. for nearly 3.3 acres of land at 480 S. 18th St. in West Des Moines. At the time of the sale on Nov. 29, the property was valued at $173,600.

MCL Properties Inc. paid $407,500 to Roy Ferarri for apartments at 307 N.E. Trilein Drive in Ankeny. At the time of the sale on Nov. 30, the property was valued at $462,000.

We Can Build It LC paid $750,000 to Community State Bank for a strip shopping center at 4020 S.E. 14th St. in Des Moines. At the time of the sale on Nov. 30, the property was valued at $988,000.

Iowa Asset Acquisition LLC paid $1 million to Trilogy Investments of Iowa for a 26.7-acre lot at 3105 S.E. Miehe Drive in Grimes. At the time of the sale on Nov. 30, the property was valued at $35,550.
