Food Bank of Iowa has added Tim Glenn from Corteva Agriscience and Laura Barringer from John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group to its board of directors. Glenn is executive vice president and chief commercial officer of Corteva; he is also a member of the Iowa Business Council and previously served on the board of the Brazil-U.S. Business Council. Barringer is the manager of quality, supply management and facilities at John Deere ISG. She managed the design and development of the new ISG facility that opened in Urbandale in 2019. “Our goal is to have a board that’s dedicated to our vision of a hunger-free Iowa,” said Michelle Book, president and CEO of Food Bank of Iowa. “Tim and Laura have that passion. And that’s perfect for our organization.”
