U.S. Bank’s branch office at 3738 Westown Parkway in West Des Moines is being remodeled to have a modern atmosphere. “The branch looked like a very traditional bank branch,” said Amy Anderson-Vali, U.S. Bank’s branch banking market leader for Iowa. When the remodel is completed in about six months, the branch will include customer engagement and digital centers, Anderson-Vali said. U.S. Bank bankers will help customers navigate digital banking in the digital centers.
