The cuts will likely mean layoffs, lost pay raises, and potential furloughs or closed programs and departments. In a message to faculty and staff across the massive college, Dean Steve Goddard on Wednesday warned of the expected enrollment drop — a 13% decrease in nonresident students and a 5% drop in residential students.
