The University of Northern Iowa’s Advance Iowa program recently unveiled the Iowa Center for Employee Ownership, or IA-CEO, aimed at supporting and promoting employee ownership within the state. IA-CEO serves as a resource hub, offering businesses in Iowa access to resources, education and guidance on employee ownership models. The initiative, a collaboration between public and private sectors, aims to build economic resilience and ensure thriving communities. The launch was announced by Iowa Lt. Gov. Adam Gregg during the Employee Ownership Conference in Newton. The event brought together business leaders, experts and professionals to explore the benefits of employee ownership.
