The University of Northern Iowa will host the Family Business Reunion Tour, a traveling series of forums for businesses to share their successes, challenges and opportunities. Among the five businesses on the tour will be Jasper Winery in Des Moines on Aug. 27. A panel will discuss the importance of an infrastructure to transition from one generation to the next, and the challenges of having multiple generations involved. Along with education on these topics, participants will get the opportunity to network with other family members, relax, and enjoy some great food.
