United Way of Central Iowa will host its annual Live United recognition luncheon on April 27 at The Meadows Events & Conference Center in Altoona. During the event, United Way will honor and thank both individuals and organizations that contributed in 2014 through giving, advocacy and volunteerism. The event starts at 11 a.m . Tickets are $20 per person. RSVP online by April 16.
