Urban Dreams, a nonprofit that serves Des Moines’ inner city and Central Iowa with a wide range of human service programs, announced it has received critical support from Bank of America through a $30,000 grant. The funds will be used to help sustain and expand Urban Dreams’ human service programs amidst increased community demand due to the coronavirus pandemic. “This grant from Bank of America will help us expand and sustain services to break down barriers for underserved and underrepresented populations across Iowa,” said Izaah Knox, executive director of Urban Dreams.
