Cancun Grill and Cantina, currently with a location in Urbandale, plans to open a second restaurant at 2785 N. Ankeny Blvd., according to information included in the Ankeny Zoning Board of Adjustment packet. The restaurant is asking the board of adjustment, which meets today, permission to offer outdoor seating in the strip center. The space in the Ankeny center was previously occupied by Noodle Zoo, which closed in 2017.
