Urbandale school district names construction manager for elementary school projects

Stahl Construction was selected as the construction manager of the Urbandale school district’s $28 million elementary school that will be built at 7110 Prairie Ave. The two-story, 118,000- square-foot school will replace the existing Olmsted Elementary School. Construction of the new school is expected to be completed in time for the 2021-22 school year. Stahl, located in Urbandale, is also the construction manager for a second new elementary school at the existing Valerius Elementary School site beginning in the summer of 2023.
