Waldinger Corp. plans a 149,000-square-foot office and production building on a 28-acre site in the 4701 block of Southwest 63rd Street, which it will lease from its affiliate Bell Avenue Properties. The Des Moines City Council approved preliminary plans that call for a  three-year, 100 percent tax abatement and a grant of $1.8 million through tax increment financing. The project is expected to add 115 jobs.
