Walker inauguration is Saturday
Inaugural ceremonies for Des Moines University President Angela Franklin will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the Civic Center of Greater Des Moines. Franklin became the university’s 15th president on March 1. Campus tours, speeches and a black tie dinner are among inaugural events planned for Tuesday through Saturday.
