The city’s Plan and Zoning Commission last week approved a Planned Unit Development Final Development Plan for the project. The building would front Park Avenue with parking between the structure and the front property line, city documents show. The rear of the building would have truck access and overhead doors. Each potential tenant bay would have a glass storefront.
