Watermark buys two Iowa retirement communities
Watermark Retirement Communities Inc., a Tucson, Ariz.-based owner and operator of retirement communities, has purchased two retirement communities in Iowa and has undertaken management of another two Iowa communities.
Watermark purchased Vriendschap Village in Pella and The Village at Legacy Pointe in Waukee.
Watermark also will manage Vintage Hills Retirement Community in Indianola and Vintage Hills Retirement Community at Prairie Trail, located in Ankeny.
