Des Moines attorney Mark Weinhardt has become a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, whose membership cannot exceed 1 percent of the lawyers in any given state. Membership is by invitation only. According to the organization’s directory, there are 100 Iowa attorneys – including 28 from the Des Moines area – who are members. Weinhardt is a partner in Weinhardt & Logan P.C., which focuses on complex business litigation and white-collar criminal cases. He was a member of Belin McCormick P.C. for 20 years.
