West Central Cooperative plans a $27 million expansion that will increase its soybean processing capacity at its Ralston plant by 50 percent. The project also will add grain storage. At full capacity, the expansion would create demand for an additional 6 million bushels of soybeans each year and add 11 full-time jobs.
