The West Des Moines City Council will hold a workshop at approximately 6 p.m Monday at City Hall to discuss improvements to 318 Fifth St. in Valley Junction, the future home of the West Des Moines Business Incubator.  The site is the former home to West Des Moines Human Services and needs a new heating and cooling system, a new roof and interior remodeling. Cost estimates are still being developed. The incubator, now located at 2829 Westown Parkway, offers startups office space at below-market rates to help them develop. Incubator officials hope to move to the new office in late 2015 or early 2016. The workshop will be held after the City Council meeting adjourns.
