US Inc., owners of about 37 acres of property at the southwest corner of Jordan Creek Parkway and EP True Parkway in West Des Moines, will take a preliminary plat for its proposed Jordan West development to the West Des Moines City Council today. Ryan originally planned an office park for the area, but changing market demands altered those plans. The company will be the master developer for a 200-unit multifamily project as well as retail and some office space.
