The West Des Moines Leadership Academy is now accepting applications for its 2015-16 class. In its eighth year, the academy will focus on equipping emerging and existing leaders with the skills, knowledge and ongoing support necessary to successfully participate and lead within the community. The 2015-16 curriculum will feature three components — leading self, leading others, and community awareness.
