West Glen announces new tenants and improvements
The new manager of West Glen Town Center announced new tenants today and said in a news release that the company plans to spend $1 million in infrastructure improvements, including a complete overhaul of the parking lots, sidewalks and roadways.
The West Des Moines residential and commercial center was purchased earlier this year out of foreclosure for nearly $35 million.
