Why you should read it: In his 2021 book, organizational psychologist, Wharton professor and best-selling author Adam Grant investigates how we can and should “embrace the joy of being wrong.” Grant argues that the art of “rethinking” – learning to question your opinions and open other’s minds – can position you for excellence and success both at work and in your personal life. If knowledge is power, Grant says, then knowing what you don’t know is wisdom.
