Two public input sessions will take place at the Central Library, 1100 Grand Ave., this Tuesday, one from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and the other from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Leaders will give a presentation on the downtown planning process and proposals followed by an opportunity for the public to comment.
