Winnebago Industries Inc. reported fiscal fourth-quarter revenues of $263.3 million, a 4.9 percent increase from the prior-year period. Net income for the quarter was $13.1 million, or 49 cents per share, an increase of 12 percent from the fourth quarter of 2015. Consolidated revenue improved year-over-year, primarily because of a 3 percent increase in shipments of motorized units and a 58 percent increase in towable units, the company said. Earlier this month, the Forest City-based manufacturer announced it had signed a purchase agreement to acquire Grand Design RV, a leading RV maker based in Indiana. To see the full earnings release, click here.
