Workers will break ground on a 4,487-square-foot building in Clive this fall. The building is located at 16400 Sheridan Ave. in the Berkshire Commons Office Park. Doug Richard, general contractor for the project, said the building will be completed next April. Richard said there will be one tenant in the building, but the name of the tenant has not been released.
