Flor de Toloache, a Latin-Grammy-nominated all-woman mariachi group, and Chicago Afrobeat Project are the first headlining acts. The festival, taking place Aug. 25-27 at Western Gateway Park, offers a diverse lineup of food vendors, musicians, activities, and other attractions.
